Autumn Memories is a fresh addition to our tisane collection, and like all of our fruit and herbal or tisane teas, it is completely caffeine free! This tea is made up completely of fruits and herbs - some that may surprise you. In our Autumn Memories tea, you will find apple 🍎 and carrot pieces🥕, hibiscus, cinnamon, pomegranate peel, beet pieces, cardamom, sea buckthorn, pumpkin pieces, and natural flavors (all organic compliant). I bet you didn't expect to see carrot, beet, or sea buckthorn in there! We chose this tea to add to our offerings, not only because of its delicious taste, but for these unanticipated ingredients. Carrots are well known for their promotion of eye health👁️. Beets are praised for their antioxidant content and anti-inflammatory properties. The lesser well known sea buckthorn in this tea is a berry that is regularly used medicinally in China for its ability to remove free radicals in the body. This helps with intestinal or stomach problems, improves blood pressure, boosts immunity, protects against infections, and more 👍. These three combined with all of the other ingredients complement each other perfectly to create a tea whose flavors resemble something close to pumpkin pie. It is the absolute perfect tea to usher in this fall season with and will have you keeping cozy as temperatures begin to creep down. 🍂🍁🍃
