Some customers of ours really liked our Hot Cinnamon Spice tea. By this, we mean that they liked it even more than most people like Hot Cinnamon Spice. They actually liked it so much that they tried adding it to a beer in their home microbrewery. The resulting ale was good enough for them to bring it to VB Brewery, who then also liked it enough to put the unusual beer on tap. Fireball ale is apparently served with a Fireball candy, and in spite of the competing flavors of the cinnamon and beer, the taste of rich, black tea is still apparent. It is a drink for the adventurous lover of beer or tea, or the indecisive lover of both.
We'll be serving this tea in our store on Saturday night, as part of the Canandaigua Beer Walk. If you're local, we hope to see you there, for samples of both the beer and tea to compare, and to stock up on your Hot Cinnamon Spice in time for the coming fall.
